Q: I live outside your delivery area, will you deliver to me?
A: We deliver FREE within a 20 mile radius from GUILDFORD however we will be happy to deliver outside of this area (we will only deliver out of area for orders over £100 and a nominal delivery charge will apply) if requested.

Q: Do you provide supervision for Nerf Gun Commandos Parties?
A: Yes, we do oversee and run Nerf Gun Parties if requested.
Q: How long can I keep Nerf Gun Commandos Party Equipment?
A: On average approximately 2 hours. We aim to be as flexible as possible
so if you DO require a longer period, please mention it when Booking.
Q: What time will you deliver and collect Nerf Gun Commandos Party Equipment?
A: We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to delivery and collection times to accommodate personal preference and party times, however we allocate deliveries according to location and need.
We allocate specific slots on a first come first served and priority basis with indoor hires taking priority over those who can be a little more flexible.
If you require a specific delivery or collection time please notify us at the time of booking.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Nerf Gun Commandos will accept, Bank Transfers in advance of the delivery date or cash upon delivery.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, Nerf Gun Commandos require a £50.00 deposit, at the time of booking, in order to secure your Nerf Gun Party.
Q: What is the minimum quantity of Nerf Guns I can hire?
A: The minimum sets of Nerf Guns you can hire is 14.
Q: If I hire a Battlezone how do I set it up?
A: Remember! Stress Free! We will set it up and take it away for you.
Q: Can I Collect a Nerf Gun Battlezone?
A: NO - Nerf Gun Commandos require professionally trained staff to set up and install the set safely. We, therefore, deliver set up and later collect all of our Battlezones.
Q: What do I need to provide when Hiring a Nerf Gun Commandos Party, and what should my child wear?
A: All you need to worry about with Nerf Gun Commandos Party Hire is providing clear access to the area you want the Battlezone installed, either a suitable sized grass area or a hall. We will do everything else including delivering the Battlezone, installing it and collecting it. We provide all the accessories required, and you should ensure your child has the appropriate clothing for outdoor activities, trainers or boots long sleeve T-shirt, waterproof jacket, sweatshirt or fleece and we recommend long trousers, please bear in mind the weather.
Q: I don’t have side access, can you come through my house to access my garden?
A: In some cases yes. Please call us if you have any concerns about access.
Q: How much room do I need to allow?
A: For 14-20 children, a CLEAR area of 10 metres x 20 metres approx
Q: How many children would you recommend to play
Nerf Gun Commandos?
A: We would recommend a minimum of 14 children and a maximum of 30 children.
Q: What age groups do you recommend to play
Nerf Gun Commandos?
A: We would recommend the age groups of 6 years to 11 year olds.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We do not charge for weather related cancellations but will not cancel ourselves because of rain. If you have concerns about the weather for your event, please notify us no later than 7pm the night before your hire is due to commence. As long as we have had advance warning we will contact you before commencing your delivery to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with your hire or not. If you do not notify us before 7pm the night before your hire, it is likely that we will have started our deliveries fot the morning and you run the risk of picking up a delivery charge or cancellation charge for cancelling on the day... communication is key.
